dkrapohl Member	posted 01-26-2010 06:24 AM Ralph: Appreciate the assist. Candidates need to send their candidacy letters to the APA National Office. It can be done electronically or by snail mail (see the APA Directory for addresses). It can run up to 500 words, and this letter is published in the APA Magazine, and included in the ballot letter sent to all voting members at election time. The letter should convey who the candidate is, and what he or she would like to accomplish if elected. We are light on candidates this year. Those who are thinking of running probably already know that Board office entails a lot of work, but the Board members are very good about helping one another execute the agenda and Strategic Plan. And the Board is always looking for energetic members with fresh ideas. Thanks, again, Ralph, for your continuing support of the profession and the APA. Don IP: Logged
